Customer service helped me navigate through the process of troubleshooting and successfully operating the water machine. Unfortunately, considering the lack of humidity in my area due to the cold season, it took a while for it to generate any water from the air but eventually as the weather got warmer the water machine worked like a charm! I live in the southwest desert area of the USA, with summer humidity usually in the 25-30% range. We are currently experiencing a record drought. I purchased my Nube to supplement my home drinking water, and to have an independent drinking water source in the event of water outages or crisis.
I have been using my Nube for approx 3 weeks. I wanted to wait to leave a review until I had a chance to evaluate issues brought up in other reviews I read.
Time from order to delivery was eleven weeks, due to hurricane, supply chain, and COVID delays. When the package arrived by international express, I was impressed by the quality and care in packing, and care taken in shipping. The box was heavily reinforced and strapped, and showed no transit damage or evidence that it was placed on it's side. Set up was easy using the recommended Youtube video. The NUBE is a solid appliance of metal and composite construction, and high quality internal components. After installing, I attached a digital power meter in the electrical line to monitor the amount of electricity used in the different modes and cycles of the NUBE.
I was concerned that the NUBE would not work efficiently in my low humidity environment. It took about a week for the NUBE to completely fill both tanks. This was with light use of the produced water, and periodically turning the unit off. While producing and filtering water, the NUBE used between 400 Watts and 450 Watts of power. The chilling element only uses 2-4 watts to keep the water at 45 F. The hot water element uses over 1000 watts, and heats the water 180-200 F. It takes approximately an hour to refill both tanks to full, after drawing a coffee pot's worth of water. The unit goes into a standby mode when full, until water circulation or other functions are needed. In the standby mode it uses only a few watts of power, mainly for the chiller. The production capacity appears to be about 2 gallons/day, which is in line with what the Innovaqua website estimates for low humidity areas. Production speed and volume increased noticeably when a rainstorm rolled through the area.
There is no manual or instruction book, but the videos are adequate and customer service responds almost instantaneously answers to any technical or service questions.
Overall, I am highly satisfied with the NUBE, and impressed with the build quality and performance. I have the peace of mind that I have a dependable and practical addition to my home, that will provide for my family in everyday use, and when needed in an emergency.

The noise from the unit is noticeable ( but does not bother me. ) It's to be expected from a machine that makes very clean and great tasting water out of thin air.
Because it's a dehumidifier. It keeps the house less humid because of that my air conditioner runs a lot less. The house is a lot more comfortable for the South Texas Gulf coast environment where it gets very hot and muggy.
It does work well with my generators. Which means when the power goes out. It will reduce the chance of mold growing in my house and provide great drinking water.
If you like being prepared for an emergency event or just want a great appliance that actually serves a purpose in your home. You will love the NUBE.

I love the water this machine makes. In our quest for pure water, we started with filters, but discovered that due to a high amount of solids, filters for a year were the same price as this machine. It's kept up with our needs for the family, cooking, and pets, in a very dry spell in Florida.
We added a food grade silicone tube to the hot water, which we don't heat. It eliminates the need for a funnel when filling a pot or big bottle.
I'm still amazed that this machine pulls water out of the air! I understand the concept, but it's still amazing. And the water is absolutely delicious!

The product looks fantastic. What was not fantastic was the shipping. DHL was the delivery company and after it taking almost an extra 2.5 weeks to get here the box was mutilated like it had been thru a war zone. Fortunately so far we haven't seen damage to the product itself. You really should look at getting a different shipping company. I also ordered extra filters and such and that is running behind also. Hopefully, it will get here soon and not damaged.

I got my Nube two weeks ago. The instruction manual doesn't cover setting it up very well, but there are unboxing videos that can augment your knowledge. I missed the part about installing the filter element in the Reverse Osmosis filter initially, but I added that after watching the video and all is well.
I don't run mine 24 hours a day. I have solar and am on a Time of Use (ToU) power plan, so I have to pay extra during peak times. I have a Wemo plug, and have it programmed to turn the unit off during peak times, to save a bit of money. Mine only runs about 19 hours per day.
The usual maintenance window for changing filters is about 6-9 months. Since I'm reducing the units runtime, I'm going to try to extend that to 12 months.
Given that I'm in a ~40% relative humidity area, the unit should produce about 13 liters per day, which is plenty for a family of 4. I also don't use the heater or even the cooler. I bought a few pitchers that I fill up and put in my fridge. So power consumption is relatively low.
Everybody that I've told about this is impressed with the taste of the water it produces. Some are even surprised that such a device exists. This should save on money for bottled water and save on plastic use. The next time the water gets shut off, or there's a boil water advisory, I'm good to go. I am happy with this product, and would highly recommend it.

It took a bit of time to get unpacked and get set up - but followed the directions in the provided video with no problems. Just remember a US gallon is not the same as a litre. After a period of drawing water to give the system a chance to prepare the water tastes great! I like that the hot/cold can be turned off if you aren't home, but I enjoy the options completely. This is a happy, satisfied customer.

So far I love my machine. Past reviews make no sense to me. The machine does not need to be hooked up to no city water. It made the most refreshing freshwater I have ever tasted straight from the air. It does need a full 24 to 36 hours depending on humidity for it to stop running in that time it is a little bit loud but not too much more than old refrigerator. once it stops running it's pretty silent. pretty humid by me in a tropics so I was all set within 24-hours. I recommend not to have it near bedroom it should be in an open area. The closer to a window or door as possible it will take up all the humidity in that. The time it's making the water the warm will warm up. I don't know how much electricity this machine will use I will follow up with 30 days to see how much my bill has changed since this machine has been installed. But electricity is expensive here in the tropics about 7 times more than in the US.

The machine is amazing, I will be honest I work in the medical field, I worked as nurse assistant, phlebotomy in a lab, medical coder, etc. Since I was little I always wanted to use the technology of a dehumidifier and converted into drinkable water, this machine do exactly that, it have many filters that purified the water perfectly, it also have wheels to move easily in any room of the house or office. This machine is also a really good investment in any home or emergency of shortness of water and if your house is very humid, this machine is ideal for your home as it absorbs the humidity from the house and turns it into drinking water. I am honestly thinking to purchase another one.

The NUBE is the third water-from-air machine we have had, the previous ones from different manufacturers. In both of the previous experiences, the machines worked OK, but when they needed service after about 5 years, the companies no longer supported or serviced them, and the machines became useless. Therefore, the Innovaqua warranty is confirmation that they will be around and will support their product in the future.

The NUBE is the third water-from-air machine we have had over the past 25+ years and is by far the best. It is extremely efficient, and in our humid Florida summer climate, it makes a gallon about every two hours. It will be less in the winter, of course, but is still extremely efficient. For drinking and cooking, we only condense water from air and do not connect the unit to municipal water. I have a long history of kidney stones, and the very pure, mineral-free water condensed from the atmosphere has eliminated them !!
Compared to the previous units we had, we also find the NUBE to be very fairly priced.

The taste of the water is very good after several uses. The system is easy to use and I liked that there are several videos on YouTube on how to replace filters, spare parts, etc.
I also like that they have technical assistance in Spanish. I also like the option of being able to connect it to the home water system. The system consumes approximately 550 watt when it is making water but stops consuming energy when the tank is full. I personally have plates Solar and to save energy I remove the water in the morning in 1 one or 2 gallons and put it in the fridge. And I leave the machine on for the day and when I return from work in the afternoon it is already full of water again and without wasting energy since the solar panels compensated the energy consumption.
