When choosing your NUBE unit, it’s important to know the electrical standard in your country.
Below is a quick guide to help you select the correct voltage and frequency.

⚡ 110 / 60Hz

Used in:

• North America: United States, Canada, Mexico
• Central America & Caribbean: Costa Rica, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama, Puerto Rico
• South America (some): Colombia, Ecuador, Venezuela
• Asia (some): Japan (100V: 50Hz east / 60Hz west), Philippines (mixed), Taiwan (110V 60Hz)

👉 Choose 110V / 60Hz units if you live in these countries.

 

⚡ 220 / 50Hz

Used in:

• Europe: All EU countries, UK, Switzerland, Norway, etc.
• Africa: Most countries (South Africa, Egypt, Morocco, Nigeria, Kenya, etc.)
• Asia: China, India, Turkey, Israel, Jordan, etc.
• South America (most): Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Paraguay, Bolivia, Peru (220V but 60Hz – see below)
• Oceania: Australia, New Zealand

👉 Choose 220V / 50Hz units if you live in these regions.

 

⚡ 220V / 60Hz

Used in:

• South America: Peru, Chile, Paraguay, Bolivia, parts of Brazil
• Middle East / Gulf: Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
• Asia: South Korea, parts of the Philippines
• Africa (some): Liberia, Angola, Guinea

👉 For these cases, we recommend purchasing the 110V/60hz unit and our 110V to 220V step up/down transformer. If your country supplies power at 50Hz, even though a 220V/50Hz unit matches the voltage, the frequency is different and may cause damage. If you are unsure, please contact us.
