NUBE SS30 Reflux pump
Customs & Tax Information
We ship all orders from Mexico.
All international shipments are sent under DAP terms. Import duties, VAT, taxes, and customs clearance fees are not included in the purchase price and are the customer’s responsibility. The carrier will contact you directly to arrange payment prior to delivery.
Due to recent global regulatory requirements, customers in the USA, Europe, and certain other countries may be required to provide a valid Tax ID (SSN, EIN, VAT, or equivalent) for customs clearance. Failure to provide this information may result in delays / extra charges.
Customers in USA: At the moment, thanks to the free trade agreement between the United States and Mexico, customers have reported being charged either nothing or around 5% in import fees and duties.
Customers in Mexico: No additional duties or charges apply. IVA is already included in the listed price. The price shown at checkout is the final amount — no additional payments will be required upon delivery.
Shipping Information
Free shipping Worldwide:
What “Free Shipping” really means:
When we say Free Shipping Worldwide, it does not mean shipping has no cost — it means we absorb it for you.
Each SS30 unit weighs around 50 kg / 110 lbs. On average, international courier services (UPS, DHL, FedEx.) charge between USD: 8 – 20 per kg (≈ USD: 3.6 – 9 per lb). That means sending just one unit can easily cost USD: 400 –1 ,000.
So how can we offer free shipping?
- It is not hidden in the product price.
- Instead, we work hard to optimize processes and logistics.
- Thanks to our proprietary algorithms and constant coordination with UPS, DHL and FedEx, we plan efficient routes and secure preferential rates.
- Because of the volume of units we ship daily, we get discounts that are simply not available if you were to ship one unit on your own.
This means that even though free shipping still represents a real cost to us, we see it as part of our mission: supporting you, the end user, while helping this technology reach more people worldwide.
Additional Notes
- In some countries or remote locations (Islands), a third-party carrier may be required, generating additional extended zone or fuel fees.
- The NUBE Industrial and Manantial Series may incur an oversize package fee.
Delivery Times
- If the product is in stock, delivery usually takes 3–6 business days directly to your door.
- As soon as your order ships, you will receive tracking details by email and SMS.
- If the product is not in stock, the estimated delivery time will be displayed in the product details.
Important Notice for U.S. Orders:
Due to recent changes in U.S. import policies and tariff enforcement under current government guidelines, certain shipments may be subject to additional import duties, clearance processes, or requests for personal information—such as a Social Security Number (SSN) or Tax ID—as determined by the discretion of the customs agent in charge.
Please note that these procedures are entirely beyond our control, and they depend on the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) criteria and policies currently in force.
In the event that such information is required for your package to clear customs, UPS/DHL/Fedex will contact you directly to request the necessary documents or data to complete the delivery.
We kindly ask all recipients to remain attentive and willing to provide any required information promptly, to avoid delays or returns. Your cooperation is essential in ensuring the timely arrival of your product.
Thank you for your understanding.

How to Know if Your Reflux Pump Is Weak or Jammed
If the water from the cold-water tank is coming out more slowly than usual, your reflux pump may be getting weak or partially jammed.
The reflux pump is responsible for generating pressure when dispensing cold water. While your unit is designed to allow water to flow by gravity (in case you have no power or prefer to turn it off for a few hours for silence), when the unit is on, the pump pushes the water out with pressure—allowing you to fill a glass or jar much faster.
Over time, natural minerals and sedimentation from the water produced by NUBE gradually accumulate inside the pump, causing it to lose strength. Its average lifespan is around 4–6 years, although certain factors can cause it to wear out or seize earlier, such as:
- Lack of weekly cleaning – leading to small particles settling inside the reflux pump.
- Leaving the unit turned off for more than 2 days – minerals such as magnesium tend to crystallize and harden inside the hoses. When moisture returns, these crystals release particles that block the proper function of the pump.
- Delays in replacing spare parts – such as the filter kit or UV lamps. This may cause contamination at the bottom of the tank, which the reflux pump eventually absorbs, obstructing its normal operation.
Before replacing the pump, we recommend performing a full reflux cleaning cycle, as this often restores normal operation and extends the pump’s service life.
If the issue persists after cleaning, pump replacement will be necessary.
