This has been a major life upgrade! I love that we’ve been able to get rid of our filtered water jugs and replace them with this magical device! In addition to making excellent water out of thin air, my wife is ecstatic that the unit is absolutely beautiful. It fits in perfectly with our home. I very particular about the water I drink, and have been so pleased with the convenience of being able to have perfectly clean water that is refrigerated to my liking or boiling hot, if I want tea… and I can get either immediately! The unit is also really easy to use with a simple user interface. I should also point out that setting it up was relatively simple. You will have to watch a brief 5 minute video to male sure you’re doing it correctly (and, yes, that is essential ), but once that’s complete, you’ve got years worth of perfectly clean water literally at your fingertips! I love this NUBE machine!

Muy contento con mi Nube, en Veracruz, México hago en promedio 1 litro por hora y a veces más, el consumo de energía me resulta en 300 watts por litro aproximadamente según mi medidor. El servicio al cliente ha resultado eficiente y atento.
Estamos muy contentos con Nube. En nuestra ciudad la humedad es de hasta 70% así que empezó a producir agua en menos de 12 horas. El sabor es bueno, dulce y, a minerales. Si hace un poco de ruido, del nivel de un microondas funcionando. El agua se calienta a 70oC en menos de 10 minutos y se enfría al servir medio vaso de agua. Se puede regular la temperatura deseada y la llave de agua caliente tiene seguridad para niños. No hemos medido cuánta agua nos da al día pero sirve para tres personas holgadamente. El precio compite muy bien con marcas extranjeras. La llegada tardo 6-7 semanas pero muy bien embalado y con instrucciones claras en los vídeos. Se puede conectar a una salida exterior como un garrafón o refrigerador (viene con tubing y accesorios). Estamos muy satisfechos.

Great tasting water. Definitely different texture and tasting water. I'm still getting used the sound of the machine but it doesn't stay on much because I have 56 percent humidity. It took a while to get in the mail and I would preferred more about communication when I'm getting my machine but I'm glad I got it and stuck it out. I realize weather and new system changes affected things but communication is key. Especially for customers shopping online who has never heard of your company. People barely even know about the machines period. So expect growing pains. The only reason I knew about it was the Melanated Marine on social media who helps poor community's. When a ray starts to blink next to the UV indicators on the screen and beeps.
Due to the fact that UV bulbs are an electronic component, there is no exact date for their burnout, but they should last at least 3 years. NOTE: If your power supply is 220V and you connect the NUBE unit, UV bulb 1 will burn out; this is not a factory defect but rather a result of providing excessive electricity to the equipment. Therefore, you must use a 110/220 transformer for countries with 220V electricity, as the unit is designed for 110V.
Can the unit operate with solar panels/solar energy?
Sure! It's important to understand the different types of currents. Homes worldwide are designed for AC (alternating current), while solar panels, due to the photovoltaic process, generate DC (direct current). If you install solar panels at home, your provider must also install a device called an "inverter," which converts the solar energy (DC) into the type of energy your home can use (AC). This way, the unit—such as the NUBE—will work perfectly, just like all your other electrical appliances, and you’ll notice a reduction in your electricity bill.
Now, if you’re considering installing solar panels exclusively for the NUBE unit, keep in mind that solar panels don’t produce energy when the sun isn’t shining (like at night). Therefore, you would need to produce more energy during the day than the NUBE requires to store the excess in batteries, allowing the unit to function at night. This type of setup is more expensive because the batteries can be quite costly.
Our recommendation is to consult with your trusted solar panel provider about a general installation for your home. This way, you can determine the number of panels needed based on the savings you want to achieve. If your goal is only to cover the energy consumption of the NUBE unit, two 650-watt panels should be sufficient.
Can I connect an external tank to continuously fill it with the produced water?
Yes, NUBE has a water outlet at the back that, when opened, allows the water produced to flow out by gravity. Your NUBE comes with a hose and a shut-off valve for this type of installation.
What about the dry seasons in my city?
The environment is something that we cannot control, it can vary for multiple reasons, including global warming.
For these reasons, your NUBE has a state-of-the-art filtration system, with which it allows you to filter 4 liters (1 gal) every 5 minutes.
You can fill the lower tank from the funnel or connect the hose (included with your purchase) to the municipal network.
Also, for these same reason your NUBE has tires, so you can move it from place to take advantage of different environments within your home. An example would be laundry room, closets, and even bathrooms. At the same time it will be helping you to reduce problems caused by humidity that can harm health (such as fungi).
