ماذا يتضمن طقم الفلاتر؟
C1 – فلتر كربون أولي: يزيل الملوثات الناتجة عن تلوث الهواء.
C2 – فلتر كربون أولي: يزيل المواد الكيميائية ويحسن الطعم والرائحة.
PC – فلتر كربون نهائي ومُعدِّن: يوفّر عناصر دقيقة ومعادن مفيدة ويساعد على رفع مستوى الحموضة (pH).
يجب استبدال الطقم في المتوسط كل 8–12 شهرًا حسب الاستخدام وجودة الهواء.

One of my filters/cartridges is clogged, and water is not flowing—what should I do?
Inside the cartridges, there are mineral stones and carbon grains. When the unit is in use, and water flows through them, these internal grains absorb moisture. A clog can occur due to one of the following three reasons:
1. The unit is left unused for an extended period.
2. The unit is turned off for too long.
3. Regular cleaning is not performed.
This leads to a blockage at the base of the cartridge, preventing water from flowing. But don’t worry—it’s an easy fix! Here’s what you need to do:
1. Turn off the unit.
2. Identify which cartridge is clogged. To do this, fill the lower tank with water, turn on the unit, and observe as the pump starts working. Check each of the three cartridges to determine which one is causing the blockage.
3. Once you’ve identified the clogged cartridge, remove it from the holders, shake it vigorously, and reconnect it upside down (inverted). This will break up the clog and allow water to flow freely again.
